Lillie joined Nova Legal in 2024 as a Law Clerk and progressed into a part-time Paralegal role while completing her studies.

In August 2025, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Relations). Following her graduation, Lillie completed her Practical Legal Training with Nova Legal as a graduate.

Lillie was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in May 2026 and is now a solicitor in the Corporate Team.
