Prior to being admitted to practice in Western Australia, Kevin worked in the corporate sector, spending sixteen years at senior management and CEO level in listed and unlisted companies, with annual sales revenue between $50 – $90 million. In these roles Kevin led complex negotiations relating to business sales and acquisitions, supply agreements, intellectual property licensing, structuring of shareholder arrangements, and capital raisings.

Kevin commenced his legal career in a generalist practice providing legal advice in civil and criminal matters and has acted as defence counsel in a number of matters in the Magistrates Court.

A subsequent period spent with a boutique corporate law firm in Perth provided Kevin with additional experience in the areas of fundraising, corporate reconstructions and mergers and acquisitions.
