Emma graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) in 2019 and was admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia in May 2021.

Emma joined Nova Legal as a Solicitor in October 2024. Prior to joining Nova Legal, Emma worked at global law firm in dispute resolution and litigation, with experience in commercial litigation, as well as corporate and regulatory investigations, inquiries, and prosecutions.
